Role Overview
As an Applied AI Engineer, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end engineering projects across our core product lines, applying machine learning at the heart of what we build. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge AI to life in real-world products, contributing across the stack—from infrastructure to intelligent interfaces.
We’re looking for engineers with a passion for product, deep experience building with ML as a core system component, and the versatility to move between backend, frontend, and AI model integration with ease.
What You'll Do
You’ll be responsible for designing and deploying intelligent product features from concept to production. This includes integrating ML models into scalable and maintainable systems, contributing to model training and evaluation infrastructure, and ensuring that everything you build performs reliably in production. You’ll also help shape our platform’s architecture and stay ahead of emerging trends in applied AI.
What You Have

Our ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in AI/ML + full-stack development.

Experience deploying ML models into production, preferably in fast-paced environments where AI is deeply embedded in the product.

A background working with LLMs, embeddings, or real-time AI systems is highly valuable. You'll be fluent in Python and comfortable with ML libraries like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and have experience designing scalable backend systems (e.g., using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization tools like Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is expected.

Bonus points for experience with crypto-vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), data pipelines, and building user-facing features that rely on intelligent automation.
Above all, you'll bring a builder’s mindset, strong product intuition, and a desire to work in a remote-first, high-trust startup culture.
Compensation Range
$180,000 - $280,000 USD
